OG Mining was an energy procurement and Bitcoin mining company that also developed data centers for clients: sourcing power and sites, designing and building mining and high-performance computing facilities, and running them around the clock. It worked where energy and compute meet: power purchase and hosting agreements, flexible-load programs in deregulated markets such as ERCOT, and facilities engineered for continuous operation.

As Chief Executive Officer, Chris led the company end to end. He negotiated power purchase, hosting and operating agreements with utilities, energy brokers and REP/QSE counterparties, including demand response and curtailment programs; led interconnection studies, substation and medium-voltage distribution design, and load ramp planning; designed containerized and building-based facilities with air and immersion cooling; managed vendor procurement, construction oversight and commissioning; and ran 24/7 operations with uptime monitoring and SCADA telemetry under an energy compliance framework.
