Led GoMining's U.S. operations and governance as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the USA Division: hosting and colocation partnerships with U.S. data center operators, including Genesis Digital Assets (the successor to Genesis Mining), day-to-day operations of U.S. mining sites and fleets, energy procurement and site sourcing for expansion, and the division's corporate and board responsibilities. GoMining reports about 350 MW of Bitcoin mining capacity across nine data centers.

Founded and led OG Mining, an energy procurement and Bitcoin mining company that also developed data centers for clients. Negotiated power purchase, hosting and operating agreements with utilities, energy brokers and REP/QSE counterparties, including demand response and curtailment programs in ERCOT; led interconnection studies, substation and medium-voltage design and load ramp planning; designed containerized and building-based facilities with air and immersion cooling; and ran 24/7 operations with SCADA telemetry.

Chief Operating Officer for China: ran four government-backed data center campuses (Putian, Fuzhou, Wuxi, Yancheng, Beijing) at more than 99% uptime, hosting 560,000 GPUs and more than 150,000 Bitmain ASIC Bitcoin mining machines, one of the largest GPU and ASIC computing operations in the world and at its peak the largest Ethereum mining operation. Data center systems engineer at Genesis Mining, the pioneer of cloud mining (2 million+ customers) and the first to industrialize Ethereum mining, with data centers in Iceland and on four continents. Deployed, tuned and kept thousands of GPU and ASIC mining systems running; led fleet optimization with custom VBIOS profiles balancing power, hashrate and hashprice; managed data hall thermal performance; and worked closely with the development and engineering team to perfect the 24/7 monitoring and management system.
